What is Stile Italiano Deli BOX?

Stile Italiano Deli BOX is a monthly subscription box with one one simple mission: To deliver a new way of traveling every region of Italy and discovering its great food variety without leaving home. Our monthly box allows you to discover and enjoy 6 full-size, premium and gourmet food items from Italy.

The food & beverages items you’ll receive in your Stile Italiano Deli BOX are not your typical grocery varieties. Based on the most traditional regional recipes from real Italian Artisanal Home Made, we carefully select those products that are traditional in the Italian Regional cuisine sourced from small Italian artisans.

 

How does it work?

By subscribing, every month you’ll receive your Stile Italiano Deli BOX with  from 3 to 6 full-size premium items and an insert with regional food history and traditional recipes from real Home Made.

 

How can I order only one box?

You can totally order a one-time box by clicking on the Subscribe button, completing the checkout and then canceling your subscription right after you complete the checkout.

 

What will I receive in my box?

Each Stile Italiano Deli BOX contains from 3 to 6 carefully curated, gourmet, hard-to-come-by Italian products that are most representative of the featured region. You will find not only delicious gourmet foods, but also cards with gastronomical history of the products included in the box, the story of a local Italian culture and recipe cards with her favorite recipes (some of the recipes will use products from your box).

 

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship whithin the UK.

 

Is it possible to find each of Stile Italiano Deli BOX's products sold at retail either online or in brick-and-mortar stores?

Yes, it's possible to find them, but not easily, and certainly not for cheap. Stile Italiano Deli BOX's carefully selected goods are not the typical Italian products that you can find in the grocery store, but rather hard-to-come-by gourmet imported products. Since these items are not at all widely available, it is very unlikely that would find all of them in one store, in one city, or in one online shop.

 

I don't minding hunting for these products — is it possible for me to source them myself for cheaper?

No, because it would be virtually impossible to find all of these products in one place — online or off — which means that between shipping and often-higher-in-store prices, you would easily spend well over the Stile Italiano Deli BOX price. Never mind that your items wouldn't come with history, Italian traditions, and the story and recipe's of a local Italian Cuisine!

 

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

We’re happy to provide a gift option so you can send delicious Italian gourmet food to their door every month. When you purchase a gift subscription, you’ll be charged every month for the gift package and your recipient will receive the box monthly until you decide to cancel.

 

What if I have food allergies?

Contact UK at support@Stile Italiano Delibox.com and let us know what your allergy concerns are. We'll do our best to accommodate.

 

How can I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account panel here and click on the "EDIT" button at the bottom of the left side menu and then on "CANCEL". Subscription cancelations need to be made prior to your next renewal date: In the case of the month-to-month plan, this is on the 28th of each month. For the 3- and 6-month plans, it would be on the 28th of the first month after your plan's months have concluded.

 

How do I request a refund?

We process refunds only for the month-to-month plan, and only if the box has been charged but not shipped (boxes usually bill on the 28th and ship on the 11th of the following month). In this case, once you've canceled your order via your account, please contact UK at support@Stile-Italiano-Deli.uk.co to tell us you want to be refunded for the upcoming box that has not yet shipped.

 

VERY IMPORTANT: If you do not email us, your subscription cancelation will be treated as a regular cancelation and go into effect the following month — this means you'll still receive the pending box and no refund will be made.

At this time, we are unable to process refunds for the 3-month and 6-month prepay plans once you've received your first box. You can, however, cancel your subscription (prior to the renewal date) so that it doesn't renew once the 3 or 6 months have passed.

 

How do billing and shipping work? (Valid for monthly and one time boxes)

 

Your first purchase will be charged to your card immediately, while re-billing takes place on the 28th of every month. The shipping date is always on the 11th of each month (if it falls on a weekend, your box will ship the first business day after the 11th). If you have signed up before the current month’s cut-off date (the 8th), your first box will ship the same month. If you signed up after the cut-off date (the 9th and later) then you will receive your first box the following month (shipping on the 11th of the following month).

 

Can I skip a delivery?

Absolutely. You can do this by logging in to your account here and by clicking on the "EDIT" button below “Your Subscription."

How do I report an issue with my order?

Please get in touch with us at support@stile-italiano-deli.co.uk  if you have any issues, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible to help. If possible, please include your order number in the email for our reference

 

Why does Stile Italiano Deli BOX charge £15or £35 for shipping and handling?

Our boxes weigh on average between 5 and 36 pounds, and contain cookies, glass jars, and other fragile items, and oftentimes several of these items are in the same box. Not only are the items themselves fragile, but the box's weight makes it more susceptible to being mishandled during shipping. To mitigate this problem, we must pack the items with care, using bubblewrap and other padding. And, of course, shipping a package this heavy anywhere within the us in 2 days (our average delivery time) has its cost.

 

Does every box come with recipes and a story of a local Stile Italiano Deli?

Yes, it does! Each month features an Italian Stile Italiano Deli box with your favourite gourmet from Italy, along with their story and recipes.

 

Which Deli boxes will I receive with the bimonthly box plan?

Every two months, you'll receive a box whose featured region coincides with Stile Italiano Deli BOX's current featured region. This means you will not receive the regional boxes of the months for which you do not receive a box.
